New Service

In order to connect your water and sewer service it is necessary for you to complete a Water Service Agreement Application. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A two hundred ($200) deposit and a fifty-dollar ($50) activation fee are required for all new accounts. These should be paid in two separate checks. Deposits will be refunded within sixty days from the date of disconnection or will be returned after three (3) years of timely payments. Deposits are not transferable.

Connections are done between the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You do not need to be present when service is connected. However, we do ask that you make sure all faucets and water related appliances on the property are completely turned to the off position (inside and out).

  • Our Water Service personnel will monitor the meter for consumption when turning the service on.  If the meter shows that water continues to flow through the meter, our Water Service personnel will try to contact you (or whomever is home at the time).
  • If no one is available the water will be left off at the meter and you will need to contact our office during business hours.

Disconnections

Disconnections of service can be done in person or over the phone. Please make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Account number
  • Service address
  • The desired date your services will be disconnected
  • A mailing address to send your last bill.

Reading Your Water Bill

Your water bill shows the reading dates, Current and Previous, as well as your account number, service address, mailing address, due date, and amounts billed. If you have any questions about your bill please feel free to call our office at 956-423-4040.
